These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.automationpanel.in (the “Site”) and the Automation Panel software platform (the “Service”) operated by Apple Tree Advertise (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using the Site or Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract in order to use Automation Panel.
By using the platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and lawful.

2. Account Registration

To access the platform, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:

  • Provide accurate details during signup

  • Maintain the security of your login credentials

  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscription, Payments & Billing

  • Automation Panel operates on a paid subscription basis.

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments are processed through supported payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, etc.).

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless covered under a written refund policy.

  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes, GST, or government charges.

If a payment fails or is not received, your account may be paused or terminated.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the official Refund & Cancellation Policy displayed on our website.
No refunds will be issued for:

  • Misuse or misconfiguration by the user

  • Failure to use the platform after purchase

  • Change of mind after activation

  • Violations of Terms leading to account suspension

If a money-back guarantee is offered, it will be clearly stated on the plan at the time of purchase.

5. Platform Usage & Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

❌ Use Automation Panel for spam, fraud, or illegal activities
❌ Copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the software
❌ Share your account access with unauthorized users
❌ Host or distribute harmful, abusive, or illegal content
❌ Attempt to disrupt the platform or bypass security systems

We reserve the right to disable accounts involved in prohibited activities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, design, code, and branding of Automation Panel are the property of Apple Tree Advertise.
You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the platform — not ownership.

You may not claim, resell, or reproduce our platform as your own unless using an approved white-label version.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Automation Panel may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., WhatsApp API, Razorpay, SMTP, Zapier, etc.).
We are not responsible for their uptime, pricing, policies, or data handling.

Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Data & Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using the platform, you consent to our data collection, storage, and processing practices.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your own data.
We are not liable for data loss due to user error, third-party failures, or force majeure events.

9. Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • Payment is not received

  • Abuse or misuse of the platform is detected

  • Illegal or harmful activity is reported

Upon termination, access to your data and services may be removed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for:

  • Loss of income, business, or profits

  • Data loss, downtime, or technical issues

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
