Refund & Cancellation Policy – Automation Panel

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases, subscriptions, and payments made for services offered by Automation Panel, owned and operated by Apple Tree Advertise.

By purchasing or subscribing to our software or services, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


1. General Refund Policy

Automation Panel provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) access, not a physical product.

Because access to the platform, features, and digital assets is granted immediately after purchase, all payments made are non-refundable unless stated under a specific written guarantee.

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

❌ Change of mind
❌ “I didn’t use the software”
❌ Lack of technical knowledge
❌ Incorrect plan selection
❌ Feature misunderstanding (when explained clearly on the site)
❌ Users failing to set up or configure their account
❌ Violations of Terms & Conditions leading to account suspension
❌ Payments made on discounts, coupons, lifetime deals, workshops, or special offers


2. Money-Back Guarantee (If Applicable)

If a specific plan or offer includes a written money-back guarantee, it will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase.

Refund under such guarantee will be issued only when:

✅ The refund request is made within the mentioned guarantee period
✅ The user shows proof that they attempted to use the platform
✅ The request is not based on reasons outside our control (internet issue, lack of knowledge, etc.)

Guarantee does not apply to:

  • One-time purchase tools

  • Add-ons, upgrades, or credits

  • Agency, reseller, or white-label plans

  • Training, webinars, or consulting sessions


3. Subscription Cancellation

You are free to cancel your subscription anytime.

⚠️ Cancellation does NOT mean refund.
It simply stops the next billing cycle.

Once cancelled:

  • Your current plan will continue until expiry date

  • No partial or pro-rated refunds are issued

  • Access to the platform will end after the subscription period

4. Failed or Disputed Payments

If a payment fails or is disputed (chargeback), the account will be paused or terminated immediately.

Chargeback abuse (false dispute) may result in:

⚠️ Permanent account ban
⚠️ Legal action + recovery charges
⚠️ Loss of all stored data & campaigns


5. Refund Exemptions (No Refund Under Any Condition)

Refunds will not be provided in cases such as:

  • “I don’t have time to use it”

  • “My team didn’t set it up”

  • “I expected different features”

  • “I thought it works like another software”

  • “I forgot to cancel before renewal”

  • “My client didn’t pay me”

  • “I changed my business plan”

Automation Panel provides demo, support, documentation, and trial access (if available) so users can evaluate before purchase.
